Every inbound voice or email interaction can open a ticket automatically. Tickets carry sentiment, transcripts, and contact context. Status, priority, and assignment are tenant-configurable.

Per-tenant dashboards show call volume, disposition, sentiment trend, email open and reply rates, pipeline movement, and per-agent performance. Cost tracking is captured per AI action and rolled up for billing.

Strict row-level security on every table. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database and edge-function layer. Credentials are AES-256-GCM encrypted. SOC 2 controls in place for audit logging and access review.
